We at Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint are proud to offer our guests a wide variety of fresh and healthy options including gluten-free and vegan choices. We go out of our way to ensure that our menu includes several delicious entrees for all of our guests to choose from. We may make our food fast, but we always make it fresh and serve it with love.
We have over 20 gluten free options including gluten free pizza dough. Our gluten free pizza crust is made with yeast, salt, rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, evaporated cane juice and oil. Our gluten free ingredients include: all cheeses, anchovies, all fresh veggies, angus steak, apple cider beer, balsamic vinaigrette, black bean corn salsa, blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, caesar dressing, garlic-infused olive oil, greek dressing, grilled chicken, grilled tofu, jerk chicken, mandarin oranges, olives, pesto sauce, pineapples, raspberry vinaigrette, and tomato basil sauce.
In addition to our gluten free crust, our whole wheat dough is vegan as well. It contains white flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, water and oil. Our vegan ingredients include: daiya cheese, whole wheat dough, gluten free dough, tomato basil sauce, garlic-infused olive oil, BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce, all fresh veggies, grilled tofu, black bean corn salsa, almonds, walnuts, fresh herbs, grapes, raspberry vinaigrette, and balsamic vinaigrette.
MADE FROM SCRATCH
All of our dough is made from scratch. Our traditional white pizza dough is made with white flour, yeast, parmesan cheese, oil, water and spices. Our other made from scratch options include: wheat dough, traditional dough, tomato basil sauce, garlic-infused olive oil, meatballs, sausages, and of course, our famous Love Cookies.
With all of our fresh ingredients, we can make you delicious meals without the aid of freezers or microwaves. Now that is something we are really proud of and freshness that you can trust.
